What happens after I pass phase 1 of the Evaluation challenge?

Our system conducts an automated profit assessment at the end of each trading day. If all of your trades are closed, and you have successfully achieved the profit target, the system will automatically grant you access to your Phase 2 account.

What happens after I pass phase 2 of the Evaluation challenge or phase 1 of the Express challenge?

Our verification team does a manual profit check at the end of the day. If all of your trades are closed and you have hit the profit target while achieving the minimum trading days, then the verification team will manually issue your “Live” account; however, it will be under “ready only” until the KYC is filled out.

How many trading accounts am I allowed to have?

You can choose as you wish, provided you stay within the maximum allocation limit. With FutureFunded, you can access up to 300k in live funds. During the challenge phases, you're permitted to trade up to 500k — 300k for the Evaluation model and 200k for our Express model.

Does the leverage remain the same on Live accounts?

In a live trading account, it is important to note that the leverage offered may fluctuate based on the individual’s trading history, including factors such as the volume of trades executed, the consistency of profitable outcomes, and overall risk management practices, thereby influencing the potential for both gains and losses in their investment strategy.

Can you describe your policy regarding refunds?

Upon purchasing a FutureFunded account, it's essential to understand that our refund policy stipulates that once you log in to the account, it becomes ineligible for a refund. This means that once you access the account and utilize its features, you are acknowledging and committing to the purchase, and refunds will not be granted thereafter. We encourage you to thoroughly review our terms and conditions before making your purchase to ensure a clear understanding of this policy.
